What makes a useful build journal?

  1. Introduce the project: the maker, broad location and build date.
  2. List materials and measurements: dimensions, quantities, resin, metal, quartz, pipes and supports actually used.
  3. Show the sequence: preparation, assembly, casting, curing and finishing, with photos at each stage.
  4. Share practical lessons: difficulties, safety steps and changes for a future build.
  5. Record observations separately: dates, conditions, comparisons and measurements, including no-change results.
