About True Orgonite

My name is Gordon Anderson, and I am based in Largs, Scotland.

For the last 15 years, I have studied orgonite extensively — beginning with Wilhelm Reich's original research and continuing through the many interpretations, creators, materials, and products that followed.

More than a decade ago, I bought my first piece of orgonite. Then another. Then another. Over time, I collected more than 20 pieces from online stores, marketplaces, and specialist sellers around the world.

What I discovered was disappointing.

Many of the pieces being sold as orgonite were missing the foundations I had come to understand as important — correct material balance, conductive metals, quartz crystal, proper layering, and meaningful construction. Some appeared to be decorative resin pieces with very little metal content. Others were mass-produced items wrapped in spiritual language, with little evidence of real understanding behind them.

As a buyer, I had no reliable way of knowing the difference until the product arrived.

That experience is exactly why True Orgonite was created.

Every piece listed on this platform is handmade by one of our partnered creators and shipped directly from the maker to you.

Every creator is reviewed before being accepted, and every product is checked for materials, construction, presentation, and honest representation.

The piezoelectric properties of quartz, the conductivity of copper and metal shavings, and the balance between organic and inorganic materials are all part of the foundation behind properly made orgonite.

When those foundations are missing, the piece becomes decoration rather than true craft.

Why This Matters

After years of researching, collecting, and learning through experience, I realised the biggest problem was not demand.

It was trust.

People wanted authentic handmade orgonite, but they had no reliable way to separate genuine craftsmanship from mass-produced imitation.

Our Standard

Every piece on True Orgonite goes through a quality review before it is approved for sale.

We look for proper materials, thoughtful construction, accurate descriptions, clear images, and honest representation of the product being sold.

Our focus is not on exaggerated claims.

Our focus is on craftsmanship, material knowledge, creator integrity, and transparency.

Approval is not permanent. Creators and sellers are expected to maintain standards. If those standards are not maintained, products may be removed from the platform.

This is not a marketplace built around quantity.

Local partners may include crystal shops, yoga studios, wellness centres, spas, market stalls, independent retailers, workplaces, and community spaces that want to help educate people and introduce them to authentic handmade orgonite.

Each partner can display True Orgonite information, creator stories, sample pieces, leaflets, and a unique QR code linked to the platform.

When someone purchases through that partner's QR code, the local partner can earn commission while helping support independent creators and spread awareness in their own area.
