How We Work True Orgonite is a curated marketplace of independent makers and artisan creators. We do not hold or dispatch stock ourselves. Every order is fulfilled directly by the individual vendor or creator who made your item, and may be shipped from a different country to your own.

Shipping Times Delivery times vary depending on the vendor's location and your destination. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown on each product listing. Please allow additional time during busy periods.

International Shipping & Customs Because our vendors are based in different countries around the world — including the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Thailand, Canada, and the United States — your order may be classed as an international import when it arrives in your country. This means:

  • Import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees may be charged by your local customs authority or courier upon delivery — these are entirely outside our control.
  • In the United Kingdom, import VAT applies to goods valued over £135 GBP shipped from outside the UK. A courier handling fee (typically £8–12) may also apply.
  • In the European Union, import VAT and duties may apply to goods valued over €150 EUR.
  • In the United States, duties and import taxes now apply to all imports regardless of value.
  • Other countries have their own thresholds and rules.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. If you are unsure whether your order will attract customs charges, please contact us before purchasing and we will advise based on the vendor's dispatch location.

What To Do If You're Charged If you receive an unexpected customs charge, please:

  1. Take a photo of the customs notice or charge documentation
  2. Email us at hello@trueorgonite.com with your order number and the photo
  3. We will review the situation and work with you to find a fair resolution

We never want a customs charge to leave you feeling out of pocket, and we'll always do our best to help.

Tracking Tracking information will be provided by your vendor once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@trueorgonite.com and we will liaise with the vendor on your behalf.
