Welcome to True Orgonite – Seller Quality Guidelines

To ensure every listing meets our premium standards and gives your products the best chance of converting, please follow the guidelines below before submitting your listings.

🏷️ Product Type & Category (Mandatory)

Every product must have both fields completed before it can go live. These are non-negotiable and will be verified during our pre-approval review.

Product Type — use exactly one of the following:

⚠️ Do not create your own product type. Select from the list above only. If your product doesn't fit any category, contact us before submitting.

Shopify Product Category:

Select the most appropriate category from Shopify's standard taxonomy. For most orgonite products, this will be:

• Home & Garden > Décor > Decorative Objects — for pyramids, plates, coasters, lamps
• Health & Beauty > Health Care > Wellness — for pendants and wearables
• Home & Garden > Lawn & Garden > Outdoor Décor — for cloud busters

Both fields must be filled in your Webkul seller dashboard before submitting a product for review.

📸 Photography Requirements

• Minimum resolution: 1600×1600px (2000px+ preferred)
• Format: Square (1:1) as the primary image; portrait (2:3) acceptable for secondary shots
• Background: Clean white or neutral background for the hero/main image
• Additional shots required:
  • Front view (hero shot)
  • Side or angle view
  • Detail/close-up shot showing materials and craftsmanship
  • Scale reference shot (e.g. held in hand or next to a common object)
  • Lifestyle shot (optional but strongly encouraged)
• Minimum: 3 images per product; 5–10 preferred
• File type: JPG or PNG, no watermarks, no text overlays
• Do not submit: Screenshots, low-light photos, heavily filtered images, or images sourced from other listings

✍️ Product Description Requirements

Each listing must include:

• Title format: [Product Type] – [Key Material or Feature]
  e.g. Large Orgonite Pyramid – Tiger's Eye & Stained Glass
• Description must include:
  • What the product is and how it works
  • Full materials list (metals, crystals, resins used)
  • Dimensions (height × base width in cm)
  • Handmade process or unique features
  • Suggested placement or use
  • Any care instructions (e.g. avoid direct sunlight)
• Tone: Calm, credible, and informative — avoid unsubstantiated health claims
• Length: Minimum 100 words; 200–400 words ideal
• No: Copied descriptions from other platforms, keyword stuffing, or ALL CAPS

Description Template

[Product Name] is a handmade orgonite [type] crafted with [materials list]. Each piece is individually made and designed to [function/benefit].

Materials: [Full list]
Dimensions: [H] × [W] cm
Weight: [X] g / kg

[2–3 sentences about the crafting process or unique design features.]

Ideal placement: [e.g. office desk, near Wi-Fi router, bedside table]

[Any care notes — e.g. resin may yellow in direct sunlight.]

📦 Shipping & Weight Requirements

To ensure accurate shipping rates are applied at checkout, every product must include:

Products submitted without weight and dimensions cannot be listed as we are unable to calculate accurate shipping costs. If your product has multiple variants (e.g. sizes), provide weight and dimensions for each variant separately.

💰 Pricing

• Submit your prices in GBP (£)
• If you price in another currency (EUR, USD, THB etc.), please state the currency clearly and we will convert at the current rate
• Prices should reflect your wholesale/platform rate — True Orgonite will apply its own margin

✅ Submission Checklist

• ✅ Product Type selected from the approved list
• ✅ Shopify Product Category selected
• All images are 1600px+ and square format
• Minimum 3 images per product
• Title follows the naming format
• Description includes materials, dimensions, weight and care notes
• Packaged weight and dimensions provided
• Country of origin confirmed
• Price submitted in GBP (or currency clearly stated)
