Welcome to True Orgonite. We're a curated marketplace for handmade orgonite and energy tools. Every creator we work with is vetted, and every listing reflects our commitment to quality and authenticity. Please follow these guidelines to get set up and keep your listings in good standing.

Product Type & Category (Mandatory)

Every product must have both of these fields completed in your Webkul seller dashboard before submitting for review. Listings missing either field will not be approved.

Product Type

Select exactly one Product Type from the approved list below. Do not create your own — if your product doesn't fit, contact us first.

Shopify Product Category

Select the most appropriate category from Shopify's standard taxonomy. For most orgonite products:

• Home & Garden > Décor > Decorative Objects — pyramids, plates, coasters, lamps
• Health & Beauty > Health Care > Wellness — pendants and wearables
• Home & Garden > Lawn & Garden > Outdoor Décor — cloud busters

Inventory

• Set quantity to 1 for each unique, handcrafted piece
• Enable inventory tracking on every product
• Do not remove sold items — leave them as sold out to reflect authenticity and scarcity
• You may add new pieces at any time

Product Listings

• Write a clear, honest description including materials used (crystals, metals, resin type)
• Avoid hype or unverified claims — focus on craftsmanship and provenance
• Do not make medical, healing, or therapeutic claims
• Include dimensions and weight where possible

Images

• Minimum 1 high-quality photo per product, ideally 3–5
• Clean background preferred (white, black, or natural surface)
• No watermarks, text overlays, or borders
• Square format (1:1) at minimum 2048×2048px
• Images must clearly show the product — no stock photos

Shipping

• You can choose between marketplace shipping (uses your assigned True Orgonite shipping profile) or free shipping (you absorb the cost) — the choice is yours per product
• We recommend using tracked shipping for all orders to protect you and your buyer
• If using marketplace shipping, your rates are already configured — no action needed
• If offering free shipping, set this in your Webkul seller account

Payments

• Payments are processed centrally through True Orgonite at checkout
• Your earnings are calculated based on your agreed commission split after platform fees
• Payouts are processed on a schedule confirmed during onboarding — ensure your payment details are correctly entered in your Webkul seller account before listing
• True Orgonite reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of unfulfilled orders, disputes, or policy violations

TikTok Shop Content Standards

• True Orgonite sells across TikTok Shop — all listings must meet TikTok's content quality requirements
• Product images must be clear, well-lit, and free of text overlays, watermarks, or borders
• Main product image must show the item on a clean white or neutral background
• Descriptions must be accurate and free of prohibited claims (no medical, healing, or therapeutic claims)
• Videos submitted for product listings should be well-lit, stable, and clearly show the product
• Any content that violates TikTok Shop's policies may result in your listing being removed from that channel

Sold Items

• Once a piece sells, it will automatically show as sold out
• Do not relist the same piece — each listing represents a unique item

Communication

• Respond to any fulfilment queries within 48 hours
• Notify us of any extended absences or delays in advance
• All vendor communications should go through your Webkul seller account or the email provided at onboarding
